I truly agree with you Sir, we too had a bad experience with this cheating company. it looks like we have to ask their(start health) doctor before getting admitted even in emergency because finally it is them who decide to approve or not. my son was in the hospital with viral fever, vomiting, and dehydration for almost 5 days. firstly, it was approved. later while in the hospital one lady, said herself as a doctor, came there and asked me few questions, I told her that he had once or twice cold with little wheezing and cough because of the weather, (which I think most of the children will get during winter season). She took it this as preexisting disease and withdrawn the claim which was approved during the admission time. Finally, after all the phone calls and everything, nothing is done by this Cheating Company, which claims themselves as Health Insurance company. I really don’t understand how common cold, cough, or wheezing during winter season are considered as preexisting disease.
