I had a star insurance comprehensive policy from last 7 years. With god’s grace none of us in the family had to use it. Recently I had reached out to their customer care for settling an issue with renewal payment. The way they treat you is pathetic. For every email you have to wait for a week’s time to get reply. For the telephone customer care the attitude is horrible, for them I was not a person but just a policy number. I had escalated the issues with their manager but no luck. At the end happily said good bye forever and switched to another provider. I will never recommend this company, there are much better options available in the market. This company is good till you make the payment, after that you are on their mercy for everything.
