The Star Health Insurance team made a typing mistake and exchange mine and my husbands date of birth. I raised a simple request to get it corrected and I was harassed to no end. They went on weeks and weeks, every time a new customer service agent and they asked be to provide multiple ids even though I had already provided it, They tiold me my Husbands surname wasnt written in the policy and I will have to raise a name change request. They told me my email was invalid when this is my official mail id. They kept harassing me weeks and weeks. I dont know what will happen if I ever have a claim. This company is disgusting.
