STAR Insurance Let Me Down When I Needed Them Most

I am extremely disappointed with the way STAR Health Insurance handled my case during a recent medical emergency. The entire purpose of purchasing health insurance is to ensure support during such critical timesbut unfortunately, STAR completely failed to deliver.


Despite paying my premiums on time and following all the necessary procedures, including the hospital sending the claim request directly, the company denied cashless approval. The reasons cited were vague and unjustifiable, especially given the urgency of the situation.


During such stressful moments, the last thing one expects is to be burdened with financial arrangements because the insurer refuses to step up. If an insurance company cannot provide support when its needed the most, then what real value does it offer?


I expected professionalism, compassion, and prompt actionbut all I received was disappointment and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend STAR Health Insurance to anyone looking for reliable and responsive coverage in times of crisis.
