Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They do not make payment even for the allowed expenses. As discussed with their agent, I had made provisional payment so that star health can raise query and seek clarification but their claim agent never raised any query and simply denied the reimbursement. This was the worst experience till date with any TPA, perhaps I will not renew insurance with them not recommend.
