I took a policy last year from STAR and this is my experience:
Doctors suggested for a possible popliteal cyst in the knee joint fir which a surgery might be needed. In order to get that confirmed have been recommended for some tests and simultaneously the hospital raised a claim, for which got a rejection reply stating that no surgeries can be covered until the first 2 yrs. same applies for any emergencies as well!
It’s an humble request, during these fragile times it’s not just doctors but insurance companies as well that are swindling money from vulnerable citizens.
Let’s put an end to these policy schemes run by fraudulent insurance companies like STAR Health!
