Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Its been 4 months since I took out the policy, yet I still receive daily calls asking if I want to buy a policy. Its a very bad experience. If someone accidentally does take a policy, be prepared to get 10 to 12 calls every day. So, I suggest no one should take a Star Health Insurance policy. They also have ongoing disputes regarding their cashless policy.
