I purchased Su-Kam inverter and Battery in January 2007. For past over 24 months it did not give any problem. Some times it tripped initially once or twice but the problem got sorted out by re-booting the inverter. I feel this Inverter gives better options than other products in the market because of its graphic displays. Other products are of the same price and but with lesser features.
Before purchasing I went to many showrooms, some body told Luminous is good, som body told Su-Kam is good and some said Luminous is bad. So dont believe the salesmen words in showroom if they sell something to you he will get something.
I referred Internet and purchased Su-Kam and till now I feel my choice is correct. Actually another way is you should refer to your family and friends. In my case most of my friends are already using Su-Kam and are happy with the performance of this product. I have combined with with their SMF battery which is non - polluting. The back up time is quite decent. One more thing - I feel the back up is incresing with the usage...
