I started a small firm in Jan 2013 so I need of marketing. I had asked some of my friends, they insisted on Sulekha, Indiamart etc. I called Sulekha about the requirement and conversation went smooth and we made a deal in the Office and School stationery.
Deal accepted by Sulekha was:
whenever people search for Office or School stationery, my company and website details should come first for Bangalore location for the period of 1 year
Sulekha prepared some unique marketing strategy like small poster of our products on the left side of the screen when searched for office or school stationery
Sulekha promised to LCD TV 21" for above offer.
Everything went well, I had paid 60K for the above deal. After 10 days they took a requirement to post in the website. well over, after no contact nothing. everyday I keep ringing different persons one another to get requirement done, no use.
After 2 months Sulekha created a poster(so only 10 months remaining for the deal to complete), later I got Rs10k flipkart voucher instead of TV, so I accepted because no options.
Sulekha started to give calls from day one, initially very good calls what I thought later I came to know that same deal is shared with opposite party in the same business for low payment of Rs 30k. Calls were dropped down, initially they promised me to give at least 4 to 6 calls/day to 1 to 2 calls/week, so pathetic.
Here joke part, in the end of every month, I used to get a call for feedback, when the feedback was given but no implementation at all.So people especially businessmen please be aware of these well structured day robbers, we know how difficult to start a business with hard earned money to survive in the dynamic market. Please be careful, take extra precautionary steps while dealing these kind of people.
