Never ever buy a symphony cooler. Unfortunately I bought Winter I on 10th June 2014.since then I can not sleep due to humid and the cooler not efficient to make any cool at all in small room of 10x12 ft. It is just waste of money. I wish Symphony would take this cooler back and return my money.
I made a complain about it(Complaint No. RA-OS-10F14007), serviceman found everything perfect as far as cooler parts and function of it but makes a comment that in this kind of humid summer, symphony can’t cool your room. This kind of reply from symphony’s staff itself makes the judgement that symphony is not value for money. My brother has a local cooler with exhaust motor fan which works wonderfully and cools the same size room in any weather. It costs him one third price of Symphony Winter.
