Not yet resolved, I am still facing the problem. My suggestion to all NEVER EVER BUY A SYMPHONY COOLER.

Dear Peeyush, you are right. I wish I had read your review before purchasing symphony cooler. I bought Winter i model and it works just opposite of itz name, makes my room humid which makes me sweating all the time. I wish I could return this cooler and get my money back.
