I have worked in different IT companies in the world, but I have never seen such a worst company before. They will hire you and the Project managers will select you only if they know you, other wise they will reject you as they feel insecure if you are enough smart. Companies CEO is claiming zero percent politics but it is Politics driven company. Even the the company is out of control from the CEO’s of the company.
Every thing there is worst from the Resource Allocation Managers to the CEO. It is a fraud company which is giving illusion to the world. they consider themselves as the top ten Employers, but fire the employees without any reason. Beware of this company. I won’t recommend this company to freshers also.
They don’t ditch only employees, but clients also. I saw they send fake experience to to the clients. Every thing is fake .
