I think someone is trying to create Panic. I think this review is by some one in the Synechron Management
But Synechron can fire u any time

honestly they sent fake experiences to clients also. How can a company who is claiming good pay master cheat their client. I think by cheating, the client they are able to give good packages to the few employees. I have seen employees who are working on very less salaries. It may be a past about the read more...

Dear you should not think as an individual, it worked for you as u gotgood exposure. I think 70% of the employee are not happy, either they are being fired or switching the jobs.Again be honest with the othe profesionals, show them the right path

it may be easy for a person who has changed many comapnies in life , what about the person who has changed few comapnies. if You have a family you will loose every thing in ur life, Beware of Synechron

Please dont say wrong.Difficult thing in Synechron to get in the Project. How can an employee worl hard without assigning the project. I think Synechron is a tapoorey Company(Badmaash Company). When I was fired they fighted with me like Mumbia tapoorey

What ever in the review is 100% true. They play with the carrer of professionals. They dont know how to work. Please think 100 times before joining the company.
