They call it in other names "project Best".Have you ever been to an office of this department, a typical government office with who cares attitude. u can get inside any of the offices take whatever u want from this office be it pen paper clip file or that sleeping clerk anything for that matter, dunno why these clowns never questioned me when I was there.First you wont know where to start or whom to ask, as there is no customer cell dunno why they never thought of it. May be that’s what project best meant. I have a connection that is 40hp and this stupid lady who comes mark the reading and the power factor doesn’t even know how to calculate. What is she paid for ? Isn’t it a criminal waste to pay her so much from our taxes for her to just copy numbers to a notebook. I asked her to write how much I have to pay for the month she said u can come to the office on the 5th of next month and get it marked in ur record. How absurd is this?
I am the consumer u idiot and don’t you know that you cant talk to me in that tone. I could as well note the readings come to your office find out how much I should pay, what are u here for? Stay back at home and take your salary for not bothering people atleast.note :This office is 4 kms from my place which is in the outskirts of the city that I have to go there not even once in a year but for this office.This am talking about one of their offices in the district headquarters, a city that does business worth more than 15, 000 crores a year. Think about the ones in the villages. And how much of a hell those iliterate countrymen of mine will have to go through. What is the Management doing? May be they dont know to think. Yes they wld have started their life like this lady and gone up to the top over a period of time, what could we expect from them?
There is more I could share or grieved about this inefficient department .I close with this that somebody in the department will look into it and if they have the brains to understand the common mans suffering, I know they wont do anything but atleast they could proudly say I know how much of a pain they are.
