I am observing this company for a long time and used their services couple of times. I have always got negative vibes while using their services. I ignored few times by thinking that its new start-up and will take some time to improve. But once they keep repeating the mistake I thought to post my review.
Yesterday we were fasting and planned to have food at midnight hence we ordered the food and choose delivery time of 10.45. I didn’t got a call till 10.30 hence got suspicious and called the customer support with my surprise all of their numbers were out of order and chat were not at all working. I found the restaurant number from google and called them directly and got shocked by hearing that they didn’t received any order from tastykhana. So never ever rely on these bunch of frauds.
