I also faced same issue and vowed not to use their services again. They are the worst in this segment and surprisingly were not sorry for it, kept blaming to restaurant people rather than taking onus on themselves. I will advise people not to use their service.

I have purchased couple of items from indiaplaza and saw that nothing came as promise and with many complains they use to act. I never ever got my order at speculated time frame.
