It may be best company for other people specially Lateral hires who get whooping package to work nothing. Or those to whom money matters least.
But for me(I joined as a freshers, middle class background) it is worst company. It’s three years I have worked with TCS and my salary is much less than the minimum wages required to survive in Mumbai.
For freshers they can never think of more than C or D band.They call it necessary to manage profit, But Its managers fly on the cost of company in name of business meeting to their home town(Isn’t it corruption)
Company discriminates freshers and pays them least money. Managers give good hike to themselves and their kins only.Nobody can speak against Managers.
