After getting cheated earlier and getting the connection disconnected, I made same mistake of taking TATA Docomo broadband connection. This time they activated 1500 rupees plan even when I had specifchandru021y asked 549 rupees plan. On the top, the connection activation date
mentioned in their record is a day earlier.
I raised complain for both these points on the day 1 but even after waiting for 3 weeks the issues have not been resolved. I was told that extra bill amount will be waived off. But as expected, no waive off. I am asked to pay the amount not as per the plan I had asked for but what they activated. Not as per the actual activation date but as per what is in their record. Even after speaking to customer care for more than 10 times, there is no difference.
I raised a complaint for that but as usual no action was taken. Replies to emails sent at 3030@tatatel.co.in were as if instead a human being some machine was responding to the emails. Same standard text instead even trying the understand the pain of the customer.
Not a surprise when people ask to beware for Tata Docomo products and services.
