Docomo Marthahalli refused to help

I’ve written many letters to Docomo appellate authority, no response yet. Finally today it gives only 1 way voice, other side cannot hear me. I went to Karnasree Point, Before Indus Ind Bank, Outer Ring Road, Anandnagar, Marathahalli, Bangalore, they refused to help me saying that we are not TATA DOCOMO and we are just a franchisee.


DECIDED TO DISCONNECT DOCOMO.


Below is my letter to appellate authority. To SUNITHA GEORGE


I am a Tata Docomo customer since 2010 my Karnataka number is 90367XXXXX, I have activated full DND for my number. Recently I started receiving calls from your automated system very often. This is very much annoying and I have reported this to your DND team and they have not resolved this issue and the issue still persist. It is pathetic that being a reputed company like Tata Docomo failing to solve these kind of on-going issues. Today I have already received 3 calls from your automated system and I am annoyed of your ignorance of my complaint. I and listing my previous communications with your DND(1909) team.


Spoke to Prashanth on 29th Jan 2013 confirmed my DND activation date(Sep 21st 2012). Registered a complaint on the same day.

Called 1909 on 11th Feb @ 13:01 spoke to Tanvir and asked to connect Senior made me wait more than 10mins.


Called again same day @ 13:13 spoke to Sona who promised to connect to a senior within 2 mins, senior never picked up the phone even after waiting 10 mins.

I made many attempts to sort this within your customer service manager who refused to answer my calls as they make me wait on the line more than 10mins and calls get disconnected. Also I can understand that automated system blocks me off from repeated calling to the customer service.


I would like to go with a legal action against the following:


1) After activating full DND I started receiving marketing calls. As per TRAI regulation each first call/message after full DND Rs: 5000 and following calls/message Rs: 20000 has to be paid. As per the marketing calls I received it will be about 1 x 5000+ 16 x 20000(Rs: 3, 25000).


2) Being a full paid customer of the Tata Docomo Mobile Network, I am not receiving a proper customer service from the Network Provider, who deliberately ignores the customers calls/requests or even shown courtesy to call back to acknowledge the status of the complaint.


Please get back to me at the earliest to find a solution for this problem.
