I was very close to sign up with them, the behaviour of sales assistant made me stop to sign up. They treat customers as beggars as if we are looking for a bargain. They offer in the web site and when we go to sign up they say it's not provided. I was thinking of spending money for my own mother lan read more...

they work like a scam, get your contact number and email then keep sending mails to you with offers. Their customer service is horrible rude sales assistants don't know how to make the sales instead replies silly answers such as ''no one will even think another minute to sign with us'' pretending th read more...

@ chi_239 mine is a diesel model. My Maruti dealer itself agreed that this was a rare and common fault for older models.
