I have booked for tata BB conection 30 days back. the executive never turns back after taking money. Company is not replying back. Now I understand the meaning of TATA. Take money from client and Say Tata -Tata.. bye bye....

My Connection establised on 26 March after a long fight with Tata Staff. and to my surprise the executive could not activate the a/c for 2 days. and on the 3rd day he CRASHED MY PC... and said the fault was in PC. To my surpise when I Used MTNL COnnection it was runnining as good as local file access. but in case of tata concetion it takes only 2 minutes to open google search page [text only]...
you will get atleast 10% better service with lower cost from BSNL/MTNL
No doubt govt. department are working effecintly then PVT. onece....
