I too agree they are poor in services and after sales. There software has too much shortcomings and they need to improve it. they even dont care about the suggestion mails sent to support. Instead of focusing on Emails they are more concerned to sell SMS packages. and they charge huge for this. M read more...

I would not say that your experience is wrong, but all fingers are not equal. Do you know I am working as a LIC Agent since 2000 with almost more than 250 clients in my agency and only 2-5 knows there branch.
