I bought tata photon by seeing advertisement speed upto 3.1 mbps. But I never got speed of atleast minimum 1 mbps. I always got speed between the range of 0.11 to 0.35 mbps. There customer care executives and head shagun shetty is irresponsible, they don’t have solution to my problem and they reply me area in which you are staying, our site is overloaded and we cant help unless new site we install. So its my suggestion to everyone dnt buy tata photon.
Buying tata photon means waste of time, money and energy.
