dell service center dint handle customer directly, we have to 1st call there technical representative and they take at least half an hour to come on line. and for shifting responsibility they will blame consumer that its your software issue
blue screen problem in dell is manufacturing defect because i reinstall my operating system on Saturday and no new software loaded on my laptop and no work on laptop for two days and when i start my laptop on Monday i again start facing problem of blue screen. dell change my mother board due to batt read more...
