I got one TATA Indicom Photon Plus connection. A few facts -
They say the speed is 3.1 MBPS but actually you get only 300 KPBS which is 1/10 of the claimed speed. Ask the customer service about the speed AFTER U GET THE CONNECTION, and they will tell you the truth
The customer care may call you telling u have outstanding of RS 7000/- even though you have not exceeded the quota GB download in your plan.
No service from the TATA INDICOM Kumaraswamy Layout. These guys do not know about the plans leave asie assisting you.
Worst connection- even Airtel broadband is better than this so called broadband wireless Net connection
Pls don’t take Photon Plus connectin. Take either Airtel or Reliance(even though Reliance customer care is not good- I heard). Airtel is probably the best. I have used Airtel, Tata Indicom and I think Airtel has the best possible service.
