If there is some body who can try you patience make you pull out all you hair it is non other that India’s Premier Broadband Company TATA Indicom. the 1 word that defines this company is PATHETIC. My broadband connection has been down for the past 20 days and I have been running from piller to post to get it activated but all in vain. TATA broadband is the proud owner of the most pathetic and least informed customer service and and equally dumb & disgusting technical dept. Imagine the customer service that gives you the same answer "your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned dept and the same will be rectified as soon as possible" for as long as 20 days. Belive me my friends if you are looking for a reliable broadband service the MTNL is much better that TATA Broadband even their dialup is much better take a huble advice from me if you see any advertisements of TATA Broadband just close your eyes cause after the connection you nightmare will begin
