I’ve been using the non-HD service for more than 4 years now . Overall I should admit that the service is hassle free. They were prompt, courteous and efficient even when I shifted my house.
The only downside is that the video quality has come down from what it used to be 4 years back. The pricing is around 400/- a month (what I use) and there is no easy option to opt out of the packages chosen, online.
Overall, its much better than what I’ve seen at my relatives places (Airtel takes time to change channels, BigTV - lot of issues).
