Most of us do not verify the autenticity of the claim made by the company. Thanks for sharing the TDS results and the feedback. Also other RO purifiers from Aquaguard do not even mention anything about mineral retention - something a 11k RO purifier from Kent does!

The service cannot be worse than Aquaguard! There is no accountability of any sort in Aquaguard wrt customer service. When it comes to followup & service, it cant get worse than Aquaguard. There is no sense of accountability in thier customer service dept! Even if you file repeated complaints they dont care. Looking for non-Aquaguard options to change my water purifier.
