Most of us do not verify the autenticity of the claim made by the company. Thanks for sharing the TDS results and the feedback. Also other RO purifiers from Aquaguard do not even mention anything about mineral retention - something a 11k RO purifier from Kent does!

When it comes to followup & service, it cant get worse than Aquaguard. There is no sense of accountability in thier customer service dept! Even if you file repeated complaints they dont care. Looking for non-Aquaguard options to change my water purifier.

Its been 4 months since I bought this phone. There was never a time the battery lasted more than 30 hrs even in Standby mode. BTW Nokia service also sucks. The battery went dead in 4 months. The service center has taken the old battery and will "conduct tests" on the dead battery and will replace it after 1 week to 10 days as it has to be shipped! This is the service you get in Bangalore. I wonder where they are read more...
