Do not ever purchase any services from Tata Sky. They are frauds and the customer service sucks as the executives would only give you wrong information.
I had upgraded my box to HD and was delivered a faulty box.Multiple phone calls were made to the call center. On every call I was assured installer visit would happen. Since 10am to 9pm I had called the call center around 30times through out the day.
At 9pm I was informed the service cannot happen and I will have to wait till next day.Call center had no clue of what was happening as they did not have any control over it. The local Tata Sky service center would not answer the call.
Before Tata Sky I had been using Airtel DTH and it is one of the best.My complaint number which is still pending is 1-21324346436. If you ask for compensation for the trouble caused by Tata Sky, they would simply hang up on you.
TATA SKY IS A NIGHTMARE. We need to drag these people to consumer court.
