Mahindra Customer Care is definitely horrible.
Sorry to hear of your experience. I too have a scorpio from Koncept Noida. So far experience with the dealership have been good. Vehicle is a decent one. Issues like loose seats would always be a problem with Scorpio. Can't help. At more than 100Kmph I can here air whistle inside my car. Have to get read more...

I will not shy away from making this comment that all the websites are now following the same practice of offering hefty discounts and then not shipping the product.
