Sheer negligence and bureaucracy

I have a Tata Sky connection for 2 years now, and the latest upgrade mess has left me wondering whether to continue. It has been 19 days since my last complaint regarding poor reception and I am yet to receive a call back.


My previous complaint was closed without a visit, with SMS saying problem is resolved. No call, no visit, simply a message. I thought OK, maybe the problem was at their end - but no, the system was still as it was, with poor reception and bad picture quality.


Tata Sky, if you guys are reading this, please forgive me for making the mistake of subscribing to your service.
