Redquanta never pays for the mystery shopping audits. It is a fraud tool to get more sales for the client companies with whom they engage, especially ecommerce companies like Lenskart.

Update: The Tata Swach service person came by with the spare, and apparently it does not fit - I wonder why, since there is only one LaVita model in 2 colours - mine is blue. So the complaint is still unresolved...
