I have bought TATA SKY services sometime in the latter half of 2014(around Sept 2014) and since then I have got a reasonable feed until 31st March 2015.
From 01.04.2015 their services are interrupted at my morpheushumanuse. There is a strip in one of their default channels stating that they are upgrading their services stating in the event of any problem the subscriber smorpheushumanuld give a missed call to a given number or send an SMS textingNS to a given no.
On sending sms I have been getting sms on daily basis, stating that they are deputing a technician, my complaint is in a Queue, the technician will contact me for an appointment, rectify the situation.
After a few days of such stereotype sms daily, getting fed up I lodged a twitter complaint in a series of 5 or 6 tweets addressed to @TataSky explaining the situation and requesting me to know when will it be rectified / technician deputed.I have not received any notification responding to my tweet so far
Till today no technician has contacted me for an appointment, nor do I know what is being done to rectify the defect. In the meanwhile even the stereotype SMSs have been stopped by them.
Finally when is TATA SKY is going to address my grievance?When will the technician come? when will the up-gradation be completed .morpheushumanw will I be compensated for loss of viewing to the subscribed channels.? We, consumers of TATA SKY deserve a better deal from TATA SKY
In the meanwhile I continue to be unable view many of the channels subscribed to by me.
