this is not my experience; when I ordered and received a mobile phone on flipkart, I merrily opened the packing, verified the contents and then paid him.. will the company clarify its official stand on this?

Today i.e. 16.04.2015 (i. e. after about 15 days of my complaint to tata-sky) the technician came to my house and set right the channels paid for.

I have the same experience which I put on record of mouthshut.com, yesterday. This morning I got a number of their Aundh, Pune service centre. I told him the problem that for last 15 days I am not getting the channels I have paid for. He enquired from where I got their number ! I told them I had to read more...
