There is monopoly of Tata in setup box and for it there are very few good points and a lot bad points.
bad points- 1}UNAUTHORISED SUBSCRIPTION -they subscribe you to channels without notifying you, you dont even know this channels are there and money is getting cut from your account.
So find a time and every month call customer care , again the customer care executives are half trained poor people working in big organization which doesn’t do any good to them so dnt expect them to treat you good .be patient and go through every detail.
Make sure you rechare online and keep track , dont depend on private vendore to recharge for you.
2} PACKAGES -Whoever have designed packages of tata sky was not thinking straight , I am compelled to have soo many channels I dont at all watch because of this stupid packages which you have to get as its there POLICY.
3}CUSTOMER SUPPORT-Pathetic
4}TECHNICAL ERROR are lot.
5}MONEY SUCKER -Beware when they ask you to pay few extra bucke to secure your account or
seduce you with few extra bucks sir you will get tata sky plus , HD n all , alll is money making , chance of you benefitting from it are NIL.
6}Good point-comapre to all other set up box in market this is good as in user friendly device and liitle cheap.
