While paying my monthly bill online, I found that there was issue in Tata Docomo website. I informed the customer care which informed me that some executive will collect the amount from my house. But no one turned up and they added penalty for late payment!
As the issue was not yet resolved, I did not make the payment for next month too.
They barred the internet service but did NOT cut the connection. Later they charged me for more than 15 days after barring the internet service!
I raised a complaint for that but as usual no action taken. Replies to emails sent at 3030@tatatel.co.in were as if instead of a human being, some machine was responding to the emails. Same standard text instead even trying the understand the pain of the customer.
Shameless people which could not even know how to pretend to be professional!
