My Complain lodged with Taxi for Sure on 1st April is yet to be addressed.
I Mini taxi was booked for my cousin vide ref TFS-AT-C-13292267 and confirmed vide TFS-AT-C13302089.Driver name Raju SMK(7893650646)Sedan AP 31-TV-3839 was provided.
To my surprise, for a distance of 15 km , an amount of Rs 419 w charged which amounts to Rs 28 per KM..Actual charge is Rs 49 for 1st 4 km and balance Rs 12 /per km which amounts to Rs 181 only.
In addition, it was booked on 31.03.15 vide App for which Rs 100 off is to be done .Hence onl Rs 81/ should have been collected.As against taht, Rs 419 has been collected.An extra amount of Rs 338 has been collected.This is a gross case of overcharging.I request you to immediately arrange immediate refund of the extra amount collected.
In addition following points are highlighted:
1) Driver was non cooperative.Even when a single lady was travelling, he refused to keep the suitcase in the dicky..
2) His APP was not working and he wanted the customer to use the app on the mobile .
Never expected Taxi for Sure to be so grossly negligent and inhuman.Please address the issue immediately and settle the same within 24 hours with full refund.Otherwise, i will be constrained to take up with Government authorities in Vizag
One of the worst Taxi services in India.I do not know why OLA has taken over such a third class company.
