I was to receive a courier from Delhi. It was dispatched on 15 Dec 09. I knew the bad reputation of Professional Courier thus I kept asking them on phone about my parcel. Finally, one day they claimed that the parcel has already been delivered.
I didn’t receive the item. I went to their office. I got the copy of their document which shows that the parcel was not delivered but still they claim that it has been delivered. I am sure I can give a complaint at consumer forum.
I am in defense forces and am going to get posted out soon. That is why I cannot take up the case immediately. But I am surely going to take it up at the next place. Beware of Professional Courier.
