I Agree with most of the views expressed in this coloumn. I like to put forth my views based on certain facts which we all will agree.
Anything & everything in times of India is Sold. Even if the Masthead will be changed if you pay money for it. They care damme for their readers or anybody.
80% of Times news are made up story for which money is paid.
30% of news is unfit for children , which are about sex & violence etc. The type of photos which they publish at times even make Prono magazines envy them.
I dont know what the press council & all other bodies which where supposed to check all this is doing.
The biggest contribution of times of India is being the worst influence on youngster today.
I have a kid of 3 years, as responsible parent I would ensure my kid keeps away from times for ever. I sincerely hope press council does interfere & do something before all other journal also follow suit taking into account the commercial sucess of TOI. Also if all of us ensure we will not encourage such publication they day will not be far off when we can write a review on death of Sad publication called TOI. This type of reviews should also send a warning signals to other journals also not to take readers interest for granted towards their commercial sucess.
