I installed tikona broadband connection 2 weeks back. They took 2 months of rental in advance and 500 as installation charges. The guy who came didn’t do the wiring properly. NO clips so that wire is attached to wall.
Secondly when I called him up for configurng the router he asked for 300 Rs extra for just configuring the router. I did it myself myself anway. He never came. His name is Omkar. Make sure you make him do all the things before handing him the money even if you go for the connection.
The internet is worse. Most of the times the server is down. You don’t even get login page 90% of the time leave alone any other webpage. Not recommended to anyone. Worst broadband connection
