Next Stop is Consumer Court. And i am certain about this. Worse broadband, worst customer service. Now you guys are not taking any requests pertaining to my connection. No refunds, no updates on cancellation. I have never faced such company which treats its customer so badly. really disappointed. No read more...
i am not sending anything. I am tired of calling your tikona customer care. Every time they say give some strange reason for the problem which i don't understand even though i am a computer engineer. They say that the connection will be back in 24 hrs with no future problems but never happens. Worst read more...
