THEY ARE ONLY MONEY GRABBER & SUCKKER

SO PLEASE DON’T GET CONNECTED EVER AFTER WITH TIKONA


EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY PASSING TIME IN OFFICE WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM.


I THINK MR PRAKASH BAJPAI  HAVE LEARNT THE POLICY OF GRABBING THE MONEY FROM RELIANCE AS HE WAS EARLIER WORKING WITH THEM.


NEVER STABLE CONECTIVITY  / NO CONNECTION RELIABILITY/AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT IS NOT PROPER/ATS(TECHNICAL TEAM IS HOPELESS I.E. WHO DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BITS AND BYTES) SO HOW CAN THEY SOLVE THE PROBLEMS.  CUSTOMER CARE IS MORE THAT THE USELESS ALL THINK THAT THEY ARE THE BOSS.  EACH AND EVERY PERSON ASKS FOR TIME I.E COUPLE OF DAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.   IF YOU ARE FACING PROBLEM IN THEIR NETWORK THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIN FOR MONTHS AFTER MONTHS.
