Ive been using this WIBRO broadband service since last couple of months. Ive called up local agent by looking at the pamplet and he came to show me th demo on the same day. On first time there was no Tikona tower near my building so they left without giving connection. After a week a new tower is installed near my building and they gave me the connection immediately.
Since then Ive no problems with the connection but only problem is heavy packet loss. It is more than 25% sometimes. I can excuse this packet loss up to a limit as this is a wireless connection but not this much. Sometimes you get irritated by this, as it makes very slow loading of pages and sometimes breaking of the download.
Other than packet loss I never had any other problem with this connection. Worth mentioning other point is, changing the plan is not that easy as customer service not efficient enough. Its always better to speak them in local language or in Hindi instead of English. I initially choose circuit breaker plan and soon I realized that it is not enough for me and then I tried to switch to FUL599 plan, but it took almost a month to change that as they were having some problem with my account.
If you are not worried about reliability of the connection then you can go for it. Go for it if you are not having any other choice.
