Seriously replacing UF membrane is really a nightmare. Only two dealers available to do so and they are outside city limits, to reach them you need to travel 20km. That's not the problem with Aviva, go and see LIC policy. Even there if you surrender your policy you will get the same amount. Insurance policies are not for investment, your little knowledge made these agents encash it, sorry for you but you have to face it.

Me too enjoying better service of ICICI bank since last 10yrs. Never had any issue which made me pissed off and they make me feel like they are providing personalized banking for me sometimes. Even issues resolution is also quite good for me always.
