My Custome ID is, it should be, was, 1118780341. I had a brief, very brief association with Tikona which lasted for about 20 days. From the very first day of their association I was faced with puzzling and often doubtful trade practices of Tikona, which I had brought to the notice of the concerned authorities. When patience turned frustration I worte to Mr. Prakash Bajpai, the Founder MD of Tikona, but all in vain. The Tikona router is still fixed on my buiding for the 6 months, because they do not want to return the money due, a paltry 700 rs.
Three site inspection had been conducted by various officials of Tikona and deceit and deficiencies have been highlighted
to them. Surprisingly no visible action or communication has been forthcoming. My earnest request to those using or desiring to use their service PLEASE DON’T.
I am refraining from uploading the photo of shame, because I want to give a last chance to Mr.Bajpai to take the property back and refund the money they have intimated as dues.
