Tikona connection - Worst for the first 2 weeks

I took the Tikona Broadband 4Mphs connection 2 weeks back, the Demo itself was of normal speed around 1Mphs when I inquired they said the connection will be good speed once they give my own user id.


Now I got my user id, every time to get the connection working. I need to plug off my ethernet cables twice or thrice and wait for 15 min to get the connection.Speed is another problem, it never crosses over 1Mphs but I am paying for 4Mphs. Whenever I call the customer care they say network issue and ask me to call after 2 hours worst product, worst connectivity, worst customer care.
