Took full money but no installation

When Tikona’s sales executive visited my place , he promised me that installation will be done in 3 to 4 days if you make payment by cash. Since I was in urgent need of internet connection , made full payment of 2300/- in cash. Now it’s 11 days and still no installation.


Sales executives do not answer calls now.
