Well , I guess already got fooled. I had opted for 2MBPS for 999 plan. I wonder if I ever even be able to cross their some invisible threshold. I lost my internet connectivity since friday evening. Their engineer marked problem as fixed just by making call to me .. wow... Simply incredible.
Finally on the 12th day, Tikona actually did the installation at their convenient time at noon. Their engineer took more than 2 1/2 hours for installation . I had to stop doing work and give access to my laptop as their engineer was struggling for doing configuration. Looks like they have untrained read more...
