I have been using Tikona Broadband. The worst part is that they their plan will say its 2 Mbs, However, we will get in KBPS. I have been facing this from past 3 months. We have give a call to the Customer Support, wait for 15 mins in the queue with lots of patience(even we have to bear the phone bill expenses), they would log a complaint and they will say that an executive will visit our residence. However, no one will visit our residence and the complaint(ticket) will be closed automatically. This is the worst part.
The speed is very worst. In the evening times from 6 PM to 11 PM the login page itself will not open and during weekends and national holidays its the same. I had the worst experience with Tikona and will never recommend this product.
