I have been requesting for the disconnection from last two months, however the connection was not disconnected. I stopped using it but I continued to get the bills. I rang the customer support, fought with them and told them that I will not be paying them the bills. I started getting calls from p read more...
I do not need any service from Tikona anymore.... I have waited for three moths and no one provided the service. Now, I havel switched to other service provider, who are much much better than Tikona.
